On August 31, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Shanghai Unicornshell Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the project site of its wholly‑owned subsidiary, Heilongjiang Unicornshell Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. Coinciding with the successful topping out of the Heilongjiang production workshop on August 29, this milestone added special significance to the meeting and demonstrated the steady progress of Unicornshell's Northeast China industrial cluster construction.

All shareholders gathered together to witness the company's development achievements and strategic layout. During the meeting, shareholders first toured the Heilongjiang project, observed the construction progress of the production workshop on site, and visited supporting facilities such as the staff canteen, dormitories, and guest rooms. They offered constructive suggestions on the overall construction and management of the project, providing references for subsequent production preparations.

Chairman Liu Naiyu stated that Unicornshell has always adhered to its corporate mission of "promoting medication safety and protecting human health", with "seeking common ground while reserving differences, and pursuing innovative development" as its core guiding principle, providing direction for strategic decision‑making and business development, and continuously leading industry innovation. He then reported to the shareholders on the company's overall operating situation, national layout, and future development plans. He pointed out that Unicornshell's R&D and operations headquarters is located in Shanghai, and it has built a production demonstration base in North China, with all products exported overseas. At present, the company is gradually forming a pattern of parallel industrial and market development in Northeast China, Northwest China, Central China, East China, and South China. In the future, the company will continue to be driven by R&D as its core engine, accelerate the synergistic development of national bases and marketing networks, promote deep integration of domestic and international dual circulations, and at the same time improve its product system, strengthen brand influence, and strive to become a benchmark in the green pharmaceutical field.

The topping out of the production workshop for the Heilongjiang project is an important milestone in the layout of Unicornshell's Northeast China industrial cluster, laying a solid foundation for future capacity expansion and market layout. The new fully automated GMP production workshop at the base is under construction as planned, providing a solid guarantee for subsequent equipment introduction, commissioning, and production preparation. The first phase is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025. This progress will further strengthen the company's industrial synergy capability and market competitiveness nationwide.

The shareholders highly appreciated the company's achievements in national industrial layout, technology R&D, green pharmaceutical innovation, and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) applications, and put forward constructive suggestions on future development strategies, capacity planning, and market development.
